A complete race night package

How it works:

Once we have arranged the actual race night date we will send you out a list of all the races, horses & jockeys - you will then be able to sell all the horses and jockeys to your customers & you can also allow local businesses to sponsor each race. If you do not want to use sponsors, you can use part of the money generated from owner / jockey sales to provide prizes, be it cash or a bottle of bubbly - it's up to you.

For every race, the winning owner and jockey will each recieve a prize - the sponsors of the race will get some free publicty too!

This is a great way to generate extra funds for your event before you have even sold a tote ticket, and before the event even takes place you should have a good amount already collected!

We also now provide a Tri - cast, which is a great way to increase revenue - You will get a card full of squares which you can sell for £1 (or whatever you want) prior to the event, a full card sold at £1 each will pay £100 for the winner and give you £236 profit - don't worry if you don't sell all the squares in advance, as you can sell some on the night too. The compere will always ensure that someone wins the prize - Basically whoever owns the square that matches 1st 2nd & 3rd takes the prize - if no one owns that square we will choose the closest result to it.

On the actual night

We will arrive half an hour before the event is due to start and set up our equipment for the evening.

Once everyone has arrived we will show a film to give people an idea of the form & they will then be allowed to purchase tickets for the first race.

You will require a couple of people to help you sell the tickets prior to each race - all they need to do is rip off the tickets needed for each bet, easy! (ticket sellers can still join in the fun & have a bet too)

A race film will then be randomly selected and the winner of the tote will take the allocated prize fund, jockeys and owners will be allocated their prizes and we will proceed to the next race.

After all the races, we will total the amount taken for your event and give you a certificate to display on your premises - we guarantee you'll have a great night, whilst generating extra revenue for your business.
